Gary Spencer is a Waconia-based musician, producer, and recording engineer specializing in country, rock, and indie music. With more than 20 years of experience as a drummer, Gary brings a deep understanding of rhythm, dynamics, and song arrangement into every recording project.
In 2026, Gary was honored as Studio Engineer of the Year by the Midwest Country Music Organization after receiving nominations three consecutive years in a row (‘24, ‘25, ‘26). He also contributed to the Collaboration of the Year-winning project.
Operating out of Wildhurst Studio in Waconia, Gary is passionate about helping artists create authentic, emotionally impactful music through recording, production, and collaboration.
